In honor five years since the passing of Phife Dawg, the video to his recent posthumous single featuring Busta Rhymes and Redman gets its proper release.
For the follow-up to his 2016 “Nutshell“, the A Tribe Called Quest member sets it off with an inspiring verse, followed by Busta and the Funk Doc. The clip also features appearances by Q-Tip, Consequence, and the song’s producer DJ Rasta Root.
The track is off Phife Dawg’s long-awaited posthumous album Forever which is set for a release this year.
Born Malik Taylor, Phife Dawg passed away on March 22, 2016 due to complications of diabetes. He was 45. R.I.P. Phife Diggy!
